For Teens
Being a teen can be overwhelming, and sometimes it can feel like no one understands you or what you’re going through. I’ve helped teens for many years through their experiences with anxiety, depression, anger, and relationships (both family and friends). You don’t have to figure it out by yourself, and even when things feel hopeless, there is a better, easier path.

For Adults
We often find ourselves repeating behaviors and patterns that we know won’t work….and wonder why it’s so hard to stop. Often, pain and trauma live in our bodies and impact the way we move through our lives in ways we don’t realize or understand. You can heal these pains, even the ones that were passed down to you and may not even be yours to bear. I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Brainspotting
Where you look affects how you feel…and is what Brainspotting is all about. Many people, young and old, have found relief and the power of healing, of both mind and body, through this therapeutic technique. You don’t have to keep experiencing painful symptoms or events from your past. Brainspotting can help ease or eliminate symptoms of anxiety and stress, depression, trauma, and grief. Learn more here:

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), is a powerful form of psychotherapy that enables clients to heal from old and painful memory networks that are stored in the body, and that may be triggering or causing us to react in ways we don’t want to. We’ve often spent much of our lives trying to ignore or forget events from our past, and in this structured therapy, we will return to mind or body memories, creating healing and healthy new responses. I will be your guide and be with you for every healing step!
